Bird-Friendly Penn is an interdisciplinary group composed of students, staff, and faculty at the University of Pennsylvania who share a common passion and love for birds. Members strive to make Penn more bird aware by reducing the number of bird strikes on campus through education and outreach.

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS


    1. Choose one building from those shown on the home page of this website and consider its architectural features, program, and context (e.g. its visibility from various vantage points).
    2. Design a window film for your selected building, keeping in mind the specific facades highlighted on the building photo on the home page.
    3. Your design must follow the 2x4 rule shown on the home page. You may also refer to the RESOURCES page for additional information.


Submissions must conform to the page dimensions and instructions provided below. The competition template is located in the competition JUNO folder (file path below). File path must be accessed while plugged via ethernet in any of the Weitzman School buildings.

    2. Page 2(11x17”):  Rendering.
    3. Page 3(11x17”):  Scaled patterns and building facade. 
    4. Page 4(11x17”):  Supporting imagery(e.g.interior views, light and shadow).
    5. Page 5(8.5x11”): Basic information.


Upload to the "Submissions" folder at this file path:
